This inspirational quote was posted yesterday for the beginning of the challenge. I wanted to share it here today because I think it’s a perfect quote to reflect on for the week ahead.
Today’s check in:
The workout for Day 2 was 31 reps of each daily move found on the Tone It Up website and Kettle Booty with Katrina. I did both this morning for my #TIUBootyCall (This is just a fun hashtag that the Tone It Up team has used for the past few years, referring to the morning workout) Also on the schedule for today was a 5K or 10K. Instead of running, I opted for my step aerobics DVD, which lasted an hour.
Day 2 was a success!
