#TIU31 Day 5 | Fall Challenge

It has been such a beautiful day! I slept in, had a delicious breakfast, and spent some quality time with my family. ❤

I was also able to get quite a bit of writing done.

So another late night of fitness for me! 🙂

Today is day 5 of the Tone It Up Fall Challenge. It’s not too late to start! Click here to sign up and join me!

The workout was 31 reps of each daily move + 40 minutes of cardio. I did my 31 reps of each move to old country music. Then, I did 4 different HIIT workouts with Tracy Campoli for my 40 minutes of cardio.

Day 5 was a success! 🙂
