It’s Day 8 of the #TIU31 Fall Fitness Challenge. Guess what? No cardio!!
Today is an active rest day + the 5 daily moves. I did 40 minutes of yoga and 31 reps of each daily move this morning. This afternoon I did a 30 minute mat workout from the Tracy Anderson Method. It is really nice to get a break from cardio 🙂
Day 8 was a success!
