It is day 17 of the Tone It Up Fall Fitness Challenge! We are over halfway done! Time is really flying fast!
The workout – daily moves – 31 reps each; 30 minutes of cardio; TIU Ball Workout with Karena. I did the daily moves this morning. I’m really enjoying the pistol squats. 🙂 I spent a good half hour outside today, doing different exercises with my son for his gym class and my cardio requirement. I completed the ball workout this evening. It was a lot fun!
Day 17 was a success!
