Another beautiful busy day today, friends! How are all of you doing?
I have a few projects in the works that I’m pretty excited about! 🙂
Today is day 18 of the Tone It Up Fall Fitness Challenge. The workout – 31 reps of each daily move and 45 minutes of cardio. I did HIIT and yoga for cardio and completed my 5 daily moves, 31 reps each, this evening.
Day 18 was a success!
