Today is day 19 of the Tone It Up Fall Fitness Challenge. WOW!
The workout – 5 daily moves, 31 reps each + 60 minutes cardio or yoga class. You all know how much I love yoga! 🙂 ❤ I completed the bulk of the workout this morning. This afternoon I was able to get outside and enjoy the sunshine! It was such a beautiful day!
Day 19 was a success!
