Today is day 29 of the Tone It Up Fall Fitness Challenge. It’s hard to believe that October is almost over.
The workout for today – 5 Daily moves, 31 reps each + 30 minutes of Cardio.
I spent two hours this afternoon outside enjoying the sun. My son and I raked leaves in the yard and had a blast jumping into the giant pile we created! It was a perfect Saturday afternoon. With a little modification, I completed the 5 daily moves. I ended the evening with a little yoga.
Day 29 was a success!
