30 Days of Gratitude Challenge

Happy November friends!

I hope you are all enjoying your Tuesday!

Many people agree that gratitude is one of the top three keys to success. But as we get into our daily routines, it is easy to forget to be grateful for all of the wonderful people in our lives and for all of the things we already have.

This is the perfect month to take a little time to reflect on everything and everyone for whom we are thankful.

Let’s do a 30 day Gratitude Challenge together! Every morning (EST), I will post a prompt  on my official Facebook page that will get you thinking about, and practicing gratitude. By the end of the month, you will have created a good habit, improved your daily mood, and quite possibly, will have transformed your life!

Don’t worry. This will not be time consuming. Each day will take approximately 5-10 minutes max. You don’t have to be at home to participate. That’s the beauty of gratitude. You can take it with you anywhere you go!

Gratitude doesn’t have to be a big to do. You don’t have to be religious. There are really no rules.
